i've been pretty restless since a couple of days ago as there are specks of dust the viewfinder of my camera and taking pictures is quite a pain in the arse....so after seekng for some help online and attempting to fix it myself (which i failed of course)...i decided to pay canon a visit even though i called them and according to them cleaning was rm120 for standard cleaning and rm250 for express cleaning...
the trip was pretty fast from my house (about 15 min using the north south expressway)....
initially i was a lil intimidated as the place is new to me and i am not too sure regarding the service procedures...after getting a number, i waited for my turn....their service was excellent as it was my turn in just under 5 minutes...
a lady named christina attended to me and ask me regarding my problem...i explained to her and she did ask me to fill in my details....after filling it in, she told me to have a seat and wait for about 30 minutes as the technician was out for lunch and they are running short on people....
i waited and in less than 30 minutes, i was called to check on the camera...it is not all clean..no more dust at the viewfinder (if i look closely still, there is still dust but it is much much better than before...so no complains.....) and the best part is...its FREE!!!! =)
